The Journey
When we take a journey, do we always know what we'll find? Will we find happiness or sorrow? If we take the tougher journey, will the end result be all that greater?
Will the journey be a maze of traps, a labryinth of sorts, designed to target weakness?
Or will it be a simple journey? A walk on a path to a great lake full of the earth's jewels?
Or is it possible that we simply don't pay respect for the journey, and instead in our eyes is the forsaken prize (or lack thereof) at the end?
Life is the journey, and therefore we must make an effort to make it a fufilling one at that.

I love how roads and paths and journeys and stories intersect. Doesn't it seem like sometimes people's journeys are so parallel to each other's? I was thinking about this the other day.
Your words are so eloquent and yet lively and so are your photographs and you are my hero.
Thank you so much Katy. I completely agree, about how paths intersect. It's so unreachable to think it, but we are all connected in some way shape or form.
And wow, Katy, your writing blows me away and brings me to realizations I would never had had. So thank you, so much.
